Rachel M. Falknor

Rachel Falknor is an associate and Business Law attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is based in the Tampa office where she is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning Practice Group.

Prior to joining Foley, Rachel was an Estate Planning and Tax attorney for a law firm in Florida. In this role, she gained experience preparing estate planning documents for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, developing and implementing advanced tax planning strategies to meet clients’ estate planning and tax objectives.

Rachel has previous experience as a legal extern with the Statewide Guardian ad Litem Program and as a Student Attorney for the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau.
