Olin G. Shivers is a partner and business lawyer in the Tampa office of Foley & Lardner LLP. He focuses on the areas of taxation, business planning, corporate LLCs and partnerships, as well as estate planning, probate, and tax controversy matters. Mr. Shivers is a member of the firm’s Taxation and Estates & Trusts Practices.
