Led by a naval architect and former naval officer with more than 35 years of experience in counseling U.S.- and foreign-based maritime industry clients, we practice before the Federal Maritime Commission, the U.S. Maritime Administration, and other federal agencies having jurisdiction over shipping and transportation.
