Gardere Attorneys Adam Hull, Rick Jordan and Terrell Miller will present “Practical Legal Tips for Organizing and Exiting” at SXSW Interactive on March 14.
Attendees will form a fictional tech company, split up the founders’ equity and create an incentive plan. The group will then explore capital raising alternatives, securities offering matters and exit opportunities.
