Techstars Chicago’s co-founders are prominent entrepreneurs Sam Yagan, co-founder of OkCupid and CEO of match.com, and Troy Henikoff, co-founder of SurePayroll. Billed as “the world’s No. 1 business accelerator” by Tech Cocktail, Techstars is a 12-week boot camp program designed to provide promising start-ups with seed capital, intensive mentoring, infrastructure, and a chance to pitch angels and VCs.
