Gardere Attorneys James G. Munisteri and Daniel Aranda Rabago will speak at the 2013 U.S.-Mexico Bar Association Annual Meeting and CLE Conference on Oct. 31 in Phoenix. The pair will be providing an analysis of third-party liability of contractors in their presentation "What if Macondo happened South of the Border?" They will also give an analysis of third-party liability of contractors under Mexican law.
The conference will be held at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel.
