They will discuss different structures for merger & acquisition transactions, how to get money out of your business transactions, indemnity and post-closing adjustments.
The two-day event will be March 6-7 in Houston at the Crown Plaza River Oaks Hotel, and 12.75 hours of MCLE credit (three hours of ethics) are available.
