• Examine recent case law


• Compare and contrast the rules and practice of two major domestic arbitral bodies, AAA and JAMS, and four leading international arbitral organizations — ICC, ICDR, LCIA, and HKIAC


• Offer practical tips on drafting arbitration provisions in commercial agreements
