Protect Your Startup: IP Law Basics

Protecting your ideas, products and technology is crucial to ensuring a startup's success and obtaining high valuations from investors and acquirers. In the discussion titled "Protect Your Startup: IP Law Basics," panelists will explore intellectual property law basics, including technology ownership, patents, copyrights and trademarks. In addition, they will discuss ways to avoid common startup mistakes, as well as how (and when) to involve outside lawyers.
