Jordan will moderate “Alternative Energy Developments Cross-Border” as part of the Alternative and Renewable Energy panel at the Friday session of the USMBA Annual Conference – Energizing the U.S.-Mexico Region. The panel will explore the development of traditional and alternative electricity markets in Mexico in ways that had not been possible prior to the country’s energy reform.
Gardere is the title sponsor of the conference, which will explore the multitude of legal aspects that govern cross-border energy transactions between the U.S. and Mexico.
