Cristina Portela Solomon, a partner in the Firm’s labor and employment practice group, will present “Diversity Training – A Sample Presentation for Your Supervisors/ Managers” at the Montgomery County SHRM monthly program.
The program will include an overview of what an anti-harassment policy should include and the laws that govern discrimination and harassment claims. Best practices to avoid creating legal claims will also be discussed.
