Partner George Lee will present on a panel titled “Draft Wars – The Pros and Cons of Clause Inclusion in Your Investment Advisory Agreements” at the Austin Compliance Roundtable meeting.
This panel will look at the pros and cons of several common clauses contained in investment advisory agreements. Clauses to be discussed will include arbitration, hedging, brokerage practices, client guidelines and restrictions, as well as terminations and modifications.
