Partner Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Firm’s internet, e-commerce and technology team, and attorney Eddie Block will present “2017 Update to Help Clients Do Business on the Internet” at an upcoming TexasBarCLE webcast.
The risks of e-commerce are complicated given ongoing cyber intrusions and threats. In order to sell goods and services on the internet, each website requires appropriate legal terms, including terms of service (ToS), click agreements and privacy policies. This webcast will include a discussion on how to report cyber intrusions and cover information regarding cyber insurance.
More information, as well as the webcast, can be accessed here.
