International Franchise Association Legal Symposium

The IFA Legal Symposium will be held in Washington, D.C. on May 5-7, 2019, and Foley & Lardner attorneys will be in attendance. Partner Elizabeth A. N. Haas address antitrust topics as a member of a panel discussion entitled “Just How Far Can a Franchisor Go? Ensuring System-Wide Compliance with Price Promotions,” while Partner Jason Binford will facilitate a roundtable discussion on “Dealing with Supplier Insolvency and Bankruptcy.” IFA’s Legal Symposium is designed by a task force of member volunteers with a particular emphasis on how legal and regulatory issues affect the everyday business operations of the franchise system.
