Partner Jonathan Moskin, a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice, will speak at the Practising Law Institute (PLI) program, Intellectual Property Law Institute 2019, in New York on September 23-24, 2019.
Topics to be covered at the event include the latest changes and developments regarding patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. Jonathan will co-present with William Tanenbaum and Joel Wolfson on issues relating to Copyrights, Fair Use, and aspects of IP Indemnification, including how different scopes of indemnification clauses relate to breach of contracts.
