AHLA’s Virtual Fraud and Compliance Forum

Foley Partner Judy Waltz, co-chair of the firm’s Health Care Industry Team, and Senior Counsel Adam Hepworth, member of the firm’s Health Care Industry Team, will be speaking at the AHLA Virtual Fraud and Compliance Forum. Mr. Hepworth will be part of the panel titled “Digging Deeper in Your Audits: An Investigative Approach to Effective Compliance, the 60-day Rule, and Identifying Overpayments,” and Ms. Waltz will be part of the panel entitled “Key Issues in CMS/OIG Administrative Enforcement Actions.” The sessions will be shown on September 29th.
