The Virtual Thirtieth National HIPAA Summit

Foley Partner Jennifer Urban, a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions & Outsourcing Practice Group and Co-founder of the Midwest Cyber Security Alliance in Milwaukee, WI, will be speaking during the Virtual Thirtieth National HIPAA Summit on Tuesday, March 23^rd at 10:00 a.m. EST. Her presentation, entitled “Part I: Key Findings and Takeaways From OCR HIPAA Audit Findings,” will be part of the day’s second Mini-Summit, and will cover the key areas audited by OCR and the key takeaways for covered entities and business associates. Her presentation will be followed by Paul Smith (Partner at Hooper, Lundy and Bookman, PC) who will be covering “Part II: How the California Consumer Privacy Act Affects Health Information.”
