Murray, Jr., a member of the American Bar Association Public Contract Law Section Task Force on Counterfeit Parts, co-authored A White Paper Regarding Department of Defense Implementation of Section 818 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012. The white paper provides insight from government contracting industry members regarding the “key considerations associated with implementing the legislation’s stated goals of avoiding, detecting, and addressing counterfeit parts in the defense supply chain.”
