Partner Richard Stoll contributed an article to the American College of Environmental Lawyers titled, “Are Obama’s Climate Pledges Really That ‘Legally Durable’?” on December 21, 2015. The article discussed the “legal durability” of President Obama’s Paris GHG reduction pledge. Stoll discussed two key points in particular, whether he believes the EPA’s Clean Power Plan would survive a judicial review and the potential efforts required by a new President to undo the CPP.
