Government Contracts: GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contracting

Partner Erin Toomey and Special Counsel Micah Zomer contributed an article to Thomson Reuters’ Practical Law Commercial Transactions, “Government Contracts: GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contracting,” in December 2018. The article explained U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contracting, including the opportunities available to contractors through GSA MAS contracts and the bidding process required to take advantage of those opportunities. The authors also addressed key compliance requirements for GSA MAS contracts and how to prepare for an audit by the GSA.
