Even with the Biden vaccine mandate, employers will need to make accommodations for those with exemptions. However, simple belief statement from an employee “won’t fly” as a religious excuse for not getting vaccinated, according to labor and employment partner Carrie Hoffman. “There has got to be some kind of explanation that’s better than that,” she said in an interview with CBS News.
