Jacqueline M. Saue Is Fourth Foley Attorney Recognized By Nightingale’s This Year.
Foley announced today that Jacqueline M. Saue was named an Outstanding Health Care Antitrust Lawyer of 2007 by Nightingale’s Healthcare News. Saue was among 12 winners named to this year’s list, which was published in the December issue of Nightingale’s, a monthly newsletter for professionals serving the health care industry.
This announcement follows on the heels of Foley’s Judith A. Waltz being named an Outstanding Health Care Fraud and Compliance Lawyer in May, David W. Simon being named an Outstanding Health Care Litigator in January and Lawrence C. Conn being named an Outstanding Physician Practice Lawyer in March.
Saue is a member of the Health Care Industry Team and the Antitrust Practice. She has represented health insurers, health plans, HMOs and other managed care organizations, provider networks and integrated delivery systems regarding a range of health and regulatory matters, and has extensive experience in the areas of health antitrust litigation and counseling. Saue has written and spoken frequently on health law issues, including managed care liability and health antitrust. She is a member of the Health Law Section of the American Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
