Foley Names Mark L. Prager Chair of Bankruptcy & Business Reorganizations Practice
Foley announced today that Mark L. Prager has been named chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Business Reorganizations Practice.
As a key member of the firm’s national Bankruptcy & Business Reorganizations Practice, Prager focuses on Chapter 11 reorganizations, litigation, transactions, regulatory and corporate finance matters. Prager also serves as the managing partner of the Chicago office of Foley & Lardner and on the firm’s national management committee.
He has served as lead counsel to financial institutions, secured creditors, debtors, indenture trustees and creditor committees, utilizing his expertise in handling complex litigation including multi-billion dollar official creditor committee representation, liquidating trust administration and liquidations of broker-dealers under the Securities Investor Protection Act.
