April 3, 2009
South Florida Business Journal
Foley Of Counsel Mark Neuberger was quoted in an article titled “Tax cuts make up largest chunk of the stimulus package” in the April 3, 2009 issue of the South Florida Business Journal. Neuberger offers perspective on the 65 percent subsidy for continuation of COBRA health care benefits provided by the stimulus bill, noting that from an employers’ perspective it’s marginally good, as it allows the employer to help laid-off or terminated employees.
