Foley Partner William Guthrie was quoted in an article titled “New York firm plans $500M, 1,400-unit resort near SeaWorld” in the August 7, 2009 issue of the Orlando Business Journal. Guthrie discusses the development of a 20-acre, 1,400-unit timeshare resort in Orlando called Zena. He adds that because timeshare industry declines now appear to be leveling off, this is the best time to start on due diligence and government approvals for new projects.
