Davenport discusses the Wisconsin Supreme Court’s decision in Plenco v. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, stating that the case is a significant decision for Wisconsin companies in terms of the amount of insurance coverage that they will have available to them for long-term claims. He adds that the decision might make insurance companies more anxious to exclude certain coverages because the risk is too great.
