Foley Partner James Tynion was quoted in an article that appeared in the May/June 2010 issue of Renewable Energy World titled “Wind Farms: Are All the Best Spots Taken?” Tynion discusses the lack of land in the U.S. on which to build onshore wind power sites, noting that the internet and an increased awareness of the terms and conditions of land sales have made landowners increasingly savvy about the value of their property.
