"Most corporate offices can find a private space for their workers. Where compliance gets tricky is such workplaces as restaurants, hotels and retail stores," remarked Ms. Hoffman. "Space is at a premium there, especially for small retailers. Big box stores like Best Buy or Macy's usually have a private place for their employees anyway so any additional measures they may have to take for compliance are not too costly."
