Texas Parte Blog featured the personal reflections of Gardere Partner Michael H. Newman and former Gardere Attorney David Navarro on the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attack twelve years ago. In New York City that day, both Mr. Newman and Mr. Navarro watched from a nearby hotel as the World Trade Center burned and fell, forever changing their lives.
