Special Counsel Andrew Baluch was quoted in an article by Corporate Counsel on October 29, 2013 titled “Should ‘Patent Troll’ Reform Be Left to the Judiciary?” The article discusses the recent “Innovation Act of 2013” introduced by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, aimed at curbing patent litigation. Baluch was quoted saying, “Almost all of the litigation-related changes in the Goodlatte bill are already being addressed by the courts, including at the Supreme Court, and through the Federal Rules Committee.”
