Special Counsel Andrew Baluch was quoted in an article by the National Law Journal on November 4, 2013 titled “Patent Reform Bill Could Have Broader, Unintended Reach.” The article discusses how as a new patent reform bill moves quickly on Capitol Hill, some legislators, patent lawyers and judges have warned it contains sweeping and sometimes unintended changes to the nation’s intellectual property landscape. Baluch was quoted saying “The scope of who is affected now reaches everybody, all patent owners, and anyone litigating in a patent suit.”
