Partner Mark Aiello was quoted in a Detroit News article on February 21, 2014 titled, “High tech in vehicles puts drivers’ privacy up for grabs.” The article discusses the issue of auto data privacy and how every time a motorist slides in behind the wheel, odds are that car or truck is gathering information. Aiello was quoted saying, “It’s a new, developing area, as most of the case law today has dealt with cellphones that track or locate a person.”
