Partner Laura Ganoza was quoted in a Miami Daily Business Review article on March 7, 2014 titled, “Justice Watch: Going to Court To Fight Counterfeit Merchandise.” The article discusses how counterfeit goods have proliferated thanks to the Internet as well as how purveyors of counterfeit goods have moved from the street to the Internet. Ganoza was quoted saying, “Many imposters on the Web try to pirate legitimate customers with websites incorporating the name of the product, like in the cases brought by Tiffany.”
