Partner Gardner Davis was quoted in an article published in Agenda on May 12, 2014, titled “Court Ruling Over Poison Pills Raises Questions About Broad Use.” The article discussed issues related to the broad use of poison pills in light of a recent court ruling by the Delaware Chancery Court denying activist hedge fund Third Point, led by Daniel Loeb, a preliminary injunction against Sotheby’s poison pill.
