The New York Times Commercial Real Estate section featured the growth and development in Dallas Uptown, including Gardere's planned moved to Crescent Real Estate's 20-story, $225 million development. Construction of the building will begin this summer, with completion set for 2016, and Gardere will be the anchor tenant.
