The story analyzed the scope of anti-retaliation provisions under the Dodd-Frank Act in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruling on Liu Meng-Lin v. Siemens. House was quoted saying, “We try to educate clients to engage in training all the way down to the supervisors so people understand how careful they should be to avoid retaliation.”
