Partner Irwin Raij appeared live on the FOX Business Network’s “Opening Bell with Maria Bartiromo” on August 13, 2014, to explain the legal and business implications surrounding the final sale of the Los Angeles Clippers basketball franchise to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer. He discussed the potential legal options available to Donald Sterling, the previous owner of the Clippers who was banned for life from the sport by the National Basketball Association. Raij also commented on how having a new face of the Clippers may impact the city of Los Angeles, the business community and the professional sports industry.
