Partner Roy Barquet was quoted in Corporate Counsel’s article, “Employment Visas Vexing Startups,” on September 30, 2014, where he shared his insights on the challenges U.S.-based startups face when seeking international talent. Barquet shared his tips for startups and said, “Post-graduate international students have emerged as the leading source of talent for startups as nearly one-third of all international students…are enrolled in STEM [science, technology, engineering and math] degree programs at U.S. universities.”
