Special Counsel Krista Cabrera was quoted in a Corporate Counsel article, “EEOC Pregnancy Guidance Gestates Into Litigation,” on September 23, 2014. The article discussed updates the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission made in its enforcement on pregnancy guidance and highlighted two lawsuits Cabrera filed on behalf of the EEOC. Cabrera said, “These cases should not only emphasize to employers that they must follow the new guidance, but they also serve as a reminder about hostile work environment claims relating to pregnancy.”
