Foley Selected as Finalist of UK and European Annual M&A Advisor Awards

The M&A Advisor announced Foley as a finalist of the UK and European M&A Advisor Awards in two categories: M&A Deal of the Year (between $10MM and $100MM) and Industrial Manufacturing/Distribution Deal of the Year. Both nominations represent Foley’s accomplishments related to the acquisition of Automotive and Industrial plastics business of Wicor Holdings AG by Techniplas.
Foley has been selected from the nominees in the first stage of evaluation, and the independent panel of judges will now focus on selecting the award winners. The winners for the M&A Deal of the Year and Industrial Manufacturing/Distribution Sector Deal of the Year awards will be announced on October 22, 2014, at the Bloomberg’s European Headquarters in London in conjunction with the 2014 International Finance Forum.
