Foley Special Counsel Eric Berg was recently quoted in a Politico article titled, “After San Bernardino, More Headaches for Apple, Tech” on April 8, 2016. The article discussed the security implications of the FBI recently unlocking an iPhone without the help of Apple, both on Apple and other technology companies. Berg was quoted on the joint efforts of law enforcement agencies, specifically how local agencies, “are then able to draw on the federal government’s solutions.”
