Kyle Faget has joined Foley & Lardner LLP’s Government & Public Policy Practice Group as special counsel in the Boston office. She has also joined the firm’s Health Care and Life Sciences Industry Teams.
A seasoned attorney with close to ten years of regulatory and compliance experience, Faget has worked both as an in-house counsel and for a national law firm serving clients in the corporate and government enforcement litigation spaces. Her work has included both managing and advising clients on matters involving pharmaceutical and medical device product promotion issues; sales force compliance training; corporate integrity agreement and deferred prosecution agreement implementation and compliance, including representing a company’s clinical trial program in its annual Independent Review Organization audit and corresponding corrective action plan drafting and implementation; and assessing health care provider grants and charitable donations. In addition, Faget has managed government enforcement cases and internal investigations involving kickback violations and Medicare/Medicaid billing/reimbursement issues, and she has also rendered opinions regarding orphan drug applications in the U.S. and U.K.
Faget also has experience with drafting and negotiating health care professional consulting agreements, clinical trial agreements, informed consents, investigator-initiated study agreements, collaboration agreements, manufacturing agreements, material transfer agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
Prior to joining Foley, Faget served as senior counsel at Jounce Therapeutics. She earned her J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School.
