Peter Vogel Selected to Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center Tech List

Peter Vogel, chair of Gardere’s Internet, eCommerce and Technology group and co-chair of cybersecurity and privacy legal services, has been added to the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center’s 2017 Tech List. 

Also called The List of the World’s Leading Technology Neutrals, the compilation is peer-vetted and limited to exceptionally qualified arbitrators and mediators known globally for their experience and skill in crafting business-practical legal solutions in the technology sector. This highly regarded list is reviewed annually with appointees announced each January and on a rolling basis thereafter. Collectively these professionals have handled thousands of successful mediations and arbitrations and continue to serve as distinguished members of the tech-focused ADR community.

Because of his unique background and expertise, Peter is often appointed as a special master to assist courts throughout the U.S. with eDiscovery & ESI, internet, eCommerce, IP, and IT matters. Peter is a co-founder of the American College of e-Neutrals and a board member and fellow of the Academy of Court Appointed Masters.
