Overly Comments on Threat of Cyberattacks in Midterm Elections

Partner Mike Overly was quoted in a Bloomberg Government article, “Cyber Hack Threats Put Midterm Election Officials on High Alert,” about the possibility of a cyberattack in the final run-up to the midterm elections.
Overly said he believes “with 100 percent certainty” that something will be hacked. “[T]he question is will it be bad enough to influence the election,” he said.
