Of Counsel David Berezowsky was quoted in the Bloomberg Businessweek article, “Es 2020 “¿quién necesita energías renovables?” about the appeal and international arbitration that could unleash the restriction agreement from the National Energy Control Center for renewable energy projects. “The agreement prevents the entry into operation of new renewable energy plants in the national territory and may limit or exclude the generation of plants that are already in operation,” said Berezowsky.
