Foley & Lardner LLP Partner Chanley Howell discusses Foley’s AI-based contract review system Foley Equipped in the article “Contract Reviews Made Easy,” from the October 2022 issue of Florida Trend magazine.
Howell helped oversee the customization of the AI-based contract review program Foley uses, which launched this June. He says in his experience Foley Equipped speeds up the contract review process by about 20% to 30% and helps keep contract review more consistent.
He added that AI is used a fair amount in the legal profession, particularly with mergers, acquisitions, and larger litigation cases.
