Foley Energy Sector Hire Morten Lund Featured in Legal Press

Foley & Lardner LLP has further enhanced its capabilities in the Energy Sector with the addition of Morten Lund, whose arrival has generated widespread media coverage, including a Legal Desire article titled, “Morten Lund joins Foley & Lardner’s San Diego Office.”

Lund joined the firm’s Finance Practice Group as Of Counsel in the firm’s San Diego office. For more than 25 years, Lund has advised developers, lenders, investors, and other project participants. Lund has a particular focus on solar energy and energy storage projects, but his wide range of project experience also includes wind energy projects, combustion generator projects, nuclear energy facilities, hydroelectric facilities, cogeneration facilities, chemical facilities, forestry/paper facilities, large aircraft, and shipping fleets.
