Taylor B. Allen
Associate
Taylor Allen is an Associate with Foley’s Real Estate team. She helps clients navigate complex legal matters across corporate transactions, litigation, and public interest law. Taylor has experience in due diligence for multimillion-dollar acquisitions, drafting and revising key transactional documents, and advising on privilege doctrines and nonprofit governance. Taylor’s background spans industries including real estate, finance, and immigration.
Taylor served as a Summer Associate for Foley & Lardner, and previously held positions at a South Central U.S. based law firm and the Council on American-Islamic Relations. She was a member of the Arbitration Moot Court Team, Business Law Society, and Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Taylor earned her J.D. from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, graduating summa cum laude and ranking third in her class.
