Jaide Lee Beverly works with and advises clients, ranging from multinational corporations to emerging telehealth startups, as they navigate regulatory, compliance, and transactional issues in the health care industry. Jaide focuses her practice on matters involving telemedicine, digital health, and virtual care. She is a member of the firm’s national Telemedicine and Digital Health Industry Team and Health Care and Life Sciences Sector.
Jaide works regularly with telehealth and digital health companies and providers, advising on strategic and legal considerations associated with the implementation and scaling of compliant, telehealth and digital health service offerings, and operations throughout the United States. She delivers practical legal guidance on multi-state telehealth practice standards applicable to clinicians, such as allowable telehealth modalities, prescribing via telehealth, and professional licensure issues and exceptions. Clients across the health care industry also rely on Jaide’s dedication and detail-oriented approach to draft and review an array of agreements and documents to support each individual client’s unique business goals and legal needs, such as physician employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, clinical trial agreements, informed consent forms, and a multitude of other operational documents associated with health care practices.
