Margaret “Maggie” Brown works closely with her clients at all stages of life to design and implement personalized estate plans as a member of Foley’s Estates & Trusts Practice Group. Her expertise includes charitable gift planning, business succession planning, and complex trust administration.  Maggie prioritizes her relationships with her clients and has experience navigating unique family structures and competing goals.

Before joining Foley, Maggie worked in trusts and estates at another Madison-based law firm, served as a judicial clerk for The Honorable Brett H. Ludwig in the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and clerked in the Maryland Office of the Attorney General for the Civil Litigation and Opinions, Advice, & Legislation Divisions.
